Help with BINX

Gameplay problems

If a game fails to start, first reload the page and try its normal Play Now path again. For online games, leaving the room and creating or joining a fresh lobby can clear a stale session.

Account access

Use the Log in screen's password-reset option if you cannot remember your password. Never post passwords, authentication links or private account information in a public report.

Player safety

Use BINX mute, block and report controls where available for abusive chat or behaviour. Include only the information needed to describe the problem and do not publish another person's private information.

Technical help

For a game problem, note the game name, device or browser, and what happened. Use any in-game report or moderation control when the problem involves another player. Account recovery should always use the secure password-reset flow on BINX rather than sharing account credentials.

BINX does not ask visitors to post passwords, email addresses, authentication tokens or other private account details in public areas.
