Using BINX

1. The service

BINX provides browser games, guest play, optional accounts, multiplayer features, progression, leaderboards, social tools and cosmetic virtual items. Features can change as games are improved or rebalanced.

2. Accounts and fair play

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Do not exploit bugs, automate play unfairly, interfere with other players, attempt to access another person's account, or deliberately disrupt BINX services.

3. Community conduct

Do not use usernames, chat, messages or other community features to threaten, harass, impersonate, spam, share illegal material, expose private information or target other players. BINX may mute, restrict or remove access to protect the service and its users.

4. Virtual items and progression

XP, levels, coins, cosmetics, achievements and other virtual items are part of the BINX service. They are not cash, investments or transferable property. Balance, availability and unlock requirements may change to keep games fair and functional.

5. Availability

BINX is provided on an as-available basis. Browser, network and multiplayer services can occasionally fail or change. We work to preserve legitimate progress where supported, but uninterrupted access or permanent availability of every feature cannot be guaranteed.

6. Original content and acceptable use

BINX game code, original artwork, writing, branding and site presentation may not be copied, republished or sold as your own. Normal personal gameplay, screenshots, streams and discussion of the games are welcome unless they are used for fraud, abuse or unlawful activity.

7. Privacy

Use of BINX is also subject to the Privacy & Cookies policy, which explains account data, browser storage, analytics and advertising technology.
